Oh, I love this one, Carol. This so describes many a day for me! But I have the glasses thing down. I get a three pack at Costco, and just leave a pair in each room – two for the kitchen! The ending was perfect. My daughter told me that CHAOS stands for “can’t have anyone over, syndrome”. Both my daughter and I have this condition. Maybe a sandwich would help. 🙂

I’ve read that the moment of danger is when you cross from one room to another. When I consciously remind myself of what I’m seeking as I cross a threshold, I do better. But I have to remember!
